Welcome to the Maple Avenue PFT
The Maple Avenue Parents & Faculty Together (PFT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the students, staff, and families of Maple Avenue Elementary School.
We believe that when families and schools work together, amazing things happen. Through volunteerism, fundraising, and community events, we're able to create memorable experiences for students, support our incredible teachers, and help make Maple Avenue an even better place to learn and grow.
Whether you can volunteer for one event, attend a meeting, or simply support a fundraiser, you're an important part of our school community. Everyone is welcome.
Together, we're helping every Cubby thrive.
Maple Avenue Parents & Faculty Together builds strong partnerships between families and school through volunteerism, fundraising, and meaningful community events. We strive to enrich every student's educational experience, strengthen connections between home and school, and create opportunities that help our entire Maple Avenue community grow.
Every fundraiser, volunteer hour, and donation helps provide opportunities for our students and staff.
The PFT proudly supports:
Field trips
Teacher classroom reimbursements
School and family events
Student enrichment programs
Staff grants for special classroom projects
Playground improvements and maintenance
Memorial Day activities
Staff Appreciation Week
Student scholarships for enrichment opportunities
School beautification projects
And so much more!
There are so many ways to support Maple Avenue, and every bit helps.
You can:
Become a Member Family
Volunteer at events
Join a committee
Help with fundraising
Attend monthly meetings
Share your ideas
Donate when you're able
Whether you have one hour a month or one afternoon a year, we'd love to have you involved.
We love having volunteers at Maple Avenue! To help keep all students safe, SAU 19 requires certain volunteers to become Designated Volunteers.
If your volunteer role may involve being alone with a student during the school day or on a field trip, you'll need to complete the district's Designated Volunteer process before volunteering.
This process includes:
Fingerprinting
A New Hampshire State background check
Completing the SAU 19 Anti-Bullying training
Because approval by the state can take up to 30 days, we encourage anyone interested in volunteering to complete the process as early as possible.
Volunteer approvals are managed directly by SAU 19, not the Maple Avenue PFT, so we aren't able to verify an individual's volunteer status.
If you have questions about becoming a Designated Volunteer or your current status, please contact:
